What do you do when it's 90 degrees outside and very humid? Enjoy some ice cream with your friends!
Sue planned and organized a wonderful event that almost 50 of us got to enjoy. We had a very good turn out and everyone enjoyed their ice cream. We had vanilla, chocolate & marshmallow fudge swirl ice cream and lots of toppings to choose from. Chocolate & rainbow sprinkles, cherries, whipped cream, crushed cookies and chocolate!
We even got to take home our Sundae Glass! Look how pretty they are:
After enjoying our ice cream we turned down the lights and popped in a movie - "20th Century Flashbacks, The Homefront 1941-1945". It was neat to hear all of you talk about what you remember from the 40's.
KUDOS to Sue for a wonderful afternoon! And thanks again to Marie Counterman for helping with the pictures.

What a good time we had,as we always do when all the staff is involved. Shows how they care. Sue and Sharlotte know how to put on a good show. Thanks so much. Ice cream was delicious and even I remember the war years. Reminded me of my parents. Looking forward to the next venture.
