East Stroudsburg - Code Red Emergency Notification System

The Boro of East Stroudsburg has an emergency notification system that you can sign up for to be notified by phone or email of any emergencies that happen in the borough.  Examples are snow emergencies, power outages, boil water advisories, etc.
