May Celebration

Another successful round of beginner's classes has come to an end so you know what that means -> a Graduation Party! May is a very busy month so Sue and I decided to combine Mother's Day, Cinco de Mayo and the Graduation Ceremony and call it 'May Celebration'. 40 residents came out to celebrate with us. We enjoyed nachos with a yummy dip (made by Sue!) and mock Sangria refreshments. We gave out carnations to all of our mothers, learned some history about Cinco de Mayo (did you know it is celebrated more here in the US than in Mexico?!), and finally celebrated our Computer Learning Center graduates!

Congratulations to the following ladies - you were such a blast to teach!

Wow, we have way too much fun around here! Thank you to ALL those that attended - Happy Mother's Day, Happy Cinco de Mayo and Happy Graduation! :)

I can tell from the pictures that Sharlotte absolutely loves her residents. I am glad that I get to share her with such wonderful people.
