Medical ID Cards
We are making wallet-sized medical identification cards on Thursday, July 14th at 1:15 & 2:30. It is very important that you keep this information with you at all times in case of an emergency. Bring a list of your medicines, doctor and emergency contact information. We’ll input the info into the computer, print them out and laminate them! Sign-up sheet on bulletin board outside the computer room.
