Resident Appreciation Day and Beginners Class Graduation Ceremony

What a fun day at the Plaza! We celebrated our annual Resident Appreciation Day with a luncheon, entertainment and a giveaway!

We had a delicious lunch catered by Shoprite of Stroudsburg - including this GIANT sandwich that was almost too big for the counter!

Valerie enjoying the festivities:

After lunch we had a very special treat - the ESU Musical Theater Organization came to perform some of their songs. They were AMAZING!

Edna singing along:

After our guests finished their performance, we moved onto our Computer Training Center Beginners Class Graduation! We had five graduates who worked hard throughout the month of February to complete their classes. They received their graduation caps and certificates while Pomp and Circumstance was playing.

And for the grand finale, we gave away a KINDLE! The lucky winner was Mary!

Thank you so much to all the residents of Shirley Futch Plaza, you guys are the BEST! We love you all!
